Cordial Cherries

Our chocolate covered cordial cherries are second to none. The plump sweet cherries have been marinated in brandy for several weeks, creating a delicious liquid center. The cherries are then hand dipped in dark or milk Couverture chocolate and presented wrapped in bright red or gold foil.
