Shipping Information

We ship via USPS Priority Mail

We ship Priority Mail via the United States Post Office throughout the continental United States, including APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery is usually within 2-3 business days. Orders received Monday through Friday before 10:00am PST will ship the same business day. Orders received after 10:00am PST will ship the next available business day. Orders received after 10:00am Friday and any time on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday or the next available business day. During the months of December and February, order processing time can increase up to 3 business days.

Return policy/signature release statement

The USPS has permission to leave a package at the delivery address when no one is availabe to sign for it. Please double check your order for accuracy. Boehm’s Chocolates of Poulsbo is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or for missing, stolen, or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. However, we will gladly attempt to resolve any problems that may occur with your shipment.

Warm weather shipping

We’re able to ship during warm weather conditions. We use ice packs and insulation to insure your chocolates arrive in excellent condition. To limit the time in transit and prevent your chocolates from melting, orders will only ship over the weekend when temperatures are below 70°F.
